How TeguFy handles your information across every product and service.

Last updated: June 8, 2026

At TeguFy Co., Ltd we build AI agents, blockchain platforms, and digital transformation systems. Protecting the data entrusted to us across all of these products is fundamental to that work.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

This document is a general template covering all TeguFy products and services. It is provided for information only and is not formal legal advice — please have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel before relying on it.

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TeguFy Co., Ltd ("TeguFy", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information across all of our products and services — including our SaaS platforms (such as the AI Social Agent Suite, TeguNews Platform, AI Decision Platform, and Tegufox Browser), enterprise solutions, consulting engagements, open-source tools, websites, and APIs (collectively, the "Services").

Where a specific product, enterprise contract, or Data Processing Agreement sets different terms, that agreement governs for that engagement.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information, depending on which Services you use:

  • Account & contact data — name, email, company, role, and credentials you provide when registering or contacting us.
  • Content & inputs — text, files, prompts, configurations, and other data you submit to our products or AI agents.
  • Usage & technical data — IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, feature usage, and diagnostic logs.
  • Integration data — data exchanged when you connect third-party accounts (e.g., X/Twitter, Meta, Shopee, blockchain wallets), limited to what each integration requires.
  • Cookies & analytics — see the Cookies section below.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users, process transactions, and provide support.
  • Communicate about updates, security, and — where permitted — relevant offerings.
  • Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and ensure security.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

AI & Automated Processing

Several Services use AI agents and machine-learning models to generate outputs, summaries, recommendations, and automations.

  • We do not use your private content to train foundation models for unrelated purposes without your consent.
  • AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before you rely on them; they are not professional, legal, or financial advice.
  • Where we use third-party AI providers, your data is also handled under their applicable terms.

Blockchain & On-Chain Data

Some Services interact with public blockchains. Information written to a blockchain (such as wallet addresses and transactions) is public, immutable, and outside our control — it cannot be edited or deleted once confirmed. Do not submit sensitive personal data to on-chain operations.

Cookies & Analytics

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, preferences, and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand usage and Google AdSense on certain pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers (hosting, analytics, payment, communications) under confidentiality obligations.
  • With third-party integrations you explicitly connect.
  • Under enterprise NDAs and Data Processing Agreements.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this Policy.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Enterprise retention periods may be defined in the applicable contract. Open-source software you self-host stores data under your own control.

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. For regulated deployments we support on-premises, private-cloud, air-gapped, and hybrid configurations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International Data Transfers

TeguFy is based in Vietnam and serves clients across Asia and globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for businesses and users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-Party Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and platforms that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; we encourage you to review them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
